Support of JavaBean Data Source for Ad Hoc Reports

 Hi,

Wanted to know if Ad Hoc Reports in Professional version supports java datasources or not? If yes, then is there any sample for it?

My project is currently supporting reporting on java-bean data source. One of our customers want to use the capability of Ad Hoc reports. Since the Ad Hoc report is a feature of Pro-version, i would like to know if javabean source can be used to define a Domain for Ad Hoc reports. 

If the support is there, we may think of upgrading to Professional Version.

Domain design which can be used as datasource to ad-hoc reports can NOT be designed on custom datasource.

check if the following works for your project.

:   create topics using custom datasource for ad-hoc reporting.
