green4x
Hi all!I met the same issue on JasperServer 4.5.This "unexpected EOF on client connection" couses tomcat shutdown, and I can't really figure aut what is the matter. Perhaps anyone could help?
lefcanada
Whenever I get this message I stop and start tomcat and postgres 1,2, 3 times until it comes back. I didn't see any "side effects" so far. But I really would like to have it running smooth.
green4x
lefcanada, thx for reply! :)In my case I found a reason why I got that "EOF" .An option "X-forwarding" was turned on in SSH client, so I turned it off. Alternatively edit <jasper_home>/apache-tomcat/scripts/ctl.shset Djava.awt.headless=true so I got: export JAVA_OPTS="-Djava.awt.headless=true -Xms1024m -Xmx1536m -XX:PermSize=32m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -Xss2m -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled" *thx to that post: https://fcosfc.wordpress.com/2011/11/27/jasperreports-server-linux-centos/
