 Hi 

How can divison the field values in detail band ,after division complete we add the field value .

Example 

I am writing in this way it is correct

$F{fieldvalue1}/100  (DetailBand)

          finaly how can caliclate the Fieldvalue1 Total (Summary band) I dont know.

Could you please solve my problem

I am not 100% sure I understand what you are asking. But I am guessing that you want to divide a field value by 100 and have the result be placed in a textbox in the detailed band. Then have a total of that result placed in the summary band.

First create a new variable and inside the variable expression property place your code.

Then create a new textfield in your report and edit the exspression, placing your newly created variable.

Now create a 2nd new variable and in the exspression put the 1st variable you created.

Go into the propeties window for the 2nd new variable and under the Calculation drop down menu, Select Sum. Make sure the reset type is set to report.

Now go down into the summary band and create a new textfield and place your 2nd variable in the expression.

That should be it. Hope that helped.

  I create new textfield in report but it has a edit the expression is not found ,could you please send wehre the option is found in text field
