Issue exprting to pdf in Ireport 4

Hello, i migrated from Ireport 3.7 to version 4.0.2. I observerved that reports lost arbitrary 

information, for example lost some padding and borders. I fixed it, but the big issue is reference

to exporting reports to pdf. I'm explorting to pdf from preview mode in ireports. I have the same ploblems

with a lot of reports.

If i don't found a solution i will force to rollback to v3.7 again, because this function is very important in my program.

I am having the same problem.  I really don't want to change all of the font sizes in my source files.  Is this the intended behavior?  If so, is there a workaround to get everything to display correctly in PDF?  I'm attaching pdf files for examples.  Also attaching the source file.
