Blank report on unix

Hi, i used Jasper to create a report in a web application, when try it in local it works and is done with static and dynamic data. In local i use a windows server.

The problem is that when i deploy the solution in the client environment that is a unix server with suse the report created is a blank pdf, even the static data are not shown.

I tried to insert the chars used in windows in the unix server but id doesn't work.

The unix server use a  java 1.4.2 version while i use in my environment java 1.6.0.

Any idea of which is the problem?

Any idea there? I use jasper 4.0 with java 1.6.0 and on the linux server there ise java 1.4.2.

 Starting with Jasperreports 3.7.2  release, Jasperreports is no longer  compatible with Java 1.4.
