Jasper Studio Bug Reporting

 Since the forums for Jasper Studio are locked, I am going to post this shout out to Jasper 'employees' here.

What do I have to do to be able to enter issues for Jasper Studio?  When I go to Tracker for that project, I do not have the option to add Issues. And yes, I am logged in.

 

As a related side question, Why are the forums locked?
