new java.util.date() question

In my page header I have clicked and dragged the Current Date fromm the Tools section under Palette which give me the new java.util.date(), it formats nicely but I'd also like to add 15 minutes to the time, any suggestions?

you can edit the expression with something like following and you can format this with the dateformater
