How can version control the reports created (SVN)

Hi,

When, I create some report. How can I check these reports in any version control repository (e.g. SVN).

As per the requirements, we need to create the reports in our local environment and then checkin to the SVN. Further cheking these out and deploy on any other server or modifying by some other developer. (Just need what we do with our source code)

Is there any way to do so using Jasper Server?

Any answer would be a great help. Thanks!

I tried to do this with a export/import script. Do all the dev work on a test server, then when you want to deploy, export everything from the dev site and import into production. Also gets round the slight problem of overwriting a report by mistake.
