iReport Report Wizard

I am currently using Windows7 64-bit machine and running iReports 3.7.4.

The report wizard doesn't generate report.  It acts as if it runs, but there is nothing there.

No errors.

I tried changing the compatibility under which it is run to no avail.

Also it causes my machine to freeze up quite often.

I tried ireports_w.exe as well.

I installed to the program files(x86) directory and did an uninstall and reinstall to it's own directory without ()s because I've noticed this had been issues with other older applications running 32-bit.

 

Thoughts?
