Busy Cursor - Manage Users Page

Hi,we are using Jasper Server 3.7. When I go to the Manage Users screen I cannot see the list of users and the cursor remains in busy (hourglass) mode. I can search for a user and it retrieves the user, but by default does not display the user. the cursor continues to be in the busy mode.

I see a javascript error on the browser which just says the following:

Error: 'message' is null or not an object

Can anyone please help on what I am missing here?
