TextField height relative other

Hi, sorry for my english wrong.

I wanna put 2 TextField in my report, one above other but i dont know how will be height, but one should be on bottom of other.

Sample:

I dont know how many rows of Text1 i will have:

Text1
Text1
Text2 Text2

Now my report when came just one row is like this:

Text1

Text2 Text2
