Pass a Week Number - Return week commencing date

Hi All, hope someone can help.

I am looking to somehow return a date from a week number.

 

Currently i have a date passed into the report as a parameter from this i work out the previous 6 months week numbers.  Ideally though i would like the week commencing or first day of week date rather than just a week number.

 

Any ideas?

I have found a solution for my exact example but it is very cumbersome and involves a large case statement in the SQL. I always have a start date and then compare this to find the week commencing date.
