Line Chart Help

Hello All,

I'm fairly new to iReport and for the most part i'm able to accomplish what I need to do with a little reading. But I'm having trouble generating a line chart.

Here is some sample data from a query to fill the chart.

 

ID	Name	Date	Procedures	Errors
105	Dana	5-15-10	72	2
291	Nilesh	5-15-10	91	1
322	Tom	5-15-10	17	0
105	Dana	5-22-10	57	0
291	Nilesh	5-22-10	84	2
322	Tom	5-22-10	27	1

I wanted a separate Line chart for each employee showing procedures. On the Category Axis show the Date and On the Value Axis Show the Procedures. For now disregard the Errors.

What i'm getting right now is a list of all the records above and the same line chart for each record plotting the same values. which are 17, and 27 which seem to be the last entry for each date.

I have Reset type = report and Increment Type set to None

any ideas?
