Control the parameters box

Hello all,

I have a report that  receives parameters and i need that some times appear the 'controls box', where the user to input the parameters, always that not passing by url.  However, when they are received, the report will shown immediately.

So, how i can to make for to control the show of  'controls box'? It's possible to passing any parameter by url, where is defined if want to ask to user for parameters or not?

Is this about JasperServer?

If so, the controls shows if any mandatory input is missing the value.  If you send values for all mandatory inputs via request parameters, the controls would not show.  If any of the values are missing, the controls would show.
