table position doesn´t work

I have a problem with table position in this scenario:

I have 3 table with each one respectivly dataset

table1

table2

table3

----------

 

table2 doesn´t have any info and it doesn´t rendered. the problem is that table3 doesn´t 

float to up. I have a blank space between table1 and table3.

Log that as a bug, isRemoveLineWhenBlank doesn't currently work for table elements.
