JasperFillManager with .jasper barcode

I created a report with barcode using barbecue, on Ireport works fine, I view with the parameter and show me the report correctly.

Now I want to print the jasper file passing the parameter that is barcode, but when pass the file´s directory and parameter to JasperFillManager.fillReport, appear a NullPointerException. I put the barbecue.jar in my project, in the TomCat and still doesn't work.

If anybody could understand my problem and can help me, please say it.

I show my codes to somebody have an idea.

 

if I use another jasper file, diferent, without barcode, works right, I passed the parameter and the report is construct perfect, but using barcode inside the report, barbecue, doesn't work.

I resolved the issue updating the libraries jasperreport in my project, but now when JasperExportManager export report to pdf, the page is empty, in blank, none the title or pictures or even the barcode, appear printed. Somebody has any idea?

all the libraries like barbecue or barcode4j are in the project

another reports without barcode works very well.
