deploying to JasperServer-Pro 3.7

Hi we are recently evaluating JasperServer Professional 3.7 here in our office. Our managers are into considering purchasing the product already but we are trying to figure out how we can deploy reports to jasperserver-pro-3.7 those reports(and others like datasource, data types, input control, etc)  that we have deployed in our jasper 3.1 community edition. Is there a way we can do smooth migration of these resources to jasperserver 3.7?

I really hope you guys could help us regarding this matter.

you can use jasper server import/export utility to migrate your metadata from jasper 3.1 to 3.7.

From 3.1 -> 3/7 , the upgrade path , you have to upgrade to 3.5 first

 

i.e. here is the upgrade path which is suported and tested:-

 

jasperserver (CE of Pro)3.1 -> jasperserver (CE of Pro)3.5. -> jasperserver (CE of Pro)3.7

hi ramnik, do i use export/import script to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.5 and then use again the export/import scripts to migrate from 3.5 to 3.7?

Exactly. You have to upgrade 1 version at a time.
