2004 IR Help Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 By: Sreenandan - sjalis Rows with alternating background colors 2004-01-14 01:03 Hi, In iReports, I created two rectangles with white & grey background colors respectively. Then making use of the variable REPORT_COUNT, I could display rows with alternating bacground colors. This works fine when I generate a PDF report. However it does not get reflected in the HTML report. Why? Regds, Jalis By: Sreenandan - sjalis RE: Rows with alternating background colors 2004-01-14 02:57 Oh! sad luck. Thanks anyways Andy. And I think this is what happens in Jalis's case, if he used a background rectangle to alternate the row colors. To avoid this problem, the color of the row should be created by modifying the background color of each element and by aligning them to eliminate indermediate white space. I hope this helps. I get a system generated mail with the following content.... This message uses a character set that is not supported by the Internet Service. To view the original message content, open the attached message. If the text doesn't display correctly, save the attachment to disk, and then open it using a viewer that can display the original character set. Could any one know of a solution for this. We have a release tommorow. Kinda urgent :). Thanks in advance for your help
