deepthynair Posted March 15, 2010 Share Posted March 15, 2010 hi all,I am new to jasper reports and ireports.I am trying to generate charts using ireports from javabean datasource.I want to plot the chart between two values retrieved from the bean . charts demand the chart details value expression as numeric value.But I could not cast the values retrieved from bean to numeric values.It is showing class cast exception.Can i convert a string field value to numeric value in the expression editor?Pls help.DPN Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

billa009 Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 Hi All,I have problem displaying two html reports in one page.I have 2 jasper report graphs and in my html pageI have 2 iframes to display both graphs.but the image of the graph seem to be the same for both reports, yet if I refresh iframe then I get the correct graph.the problem seem to be that both get invoke using the same servlet at the same time.. so it's getting the same image for both graphs.http://domain.com/serlimage?type=agraph1&time=1268848064395&image=img_0_0_0http://domain.com/serlimage?type=agraph2&time=1268848064470&image=img_0_0_0can some please help me resolve this.IS THERE ANY WAY TO RENAME THE GRAPH IMAGE??THank you, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
