JasperServer 3.7-CE : Allow users to run report

Hi,

We've recently downloaded and installed the new community edition and we tried to configure it to allow members of group "ROLE_USER" to run report, but unfortunately, it doesn't work.

To give you full information on this issue : on the "Assign Permissions by Role" page, we gave the permission read-only.

But when any member tries to execute a report, he receives a message that tells that he is not allowed to run the report.

 

Any idea on this issue?

 I did the test with a user which has the "ROLE_USER" role. I had no problem to run reports.

Have you checked if "ROLE_USER" has the adequate permissions on others directories used to run a report as :

DataSources, Images,Input Data Types,...

As far as I remember I got this kind of trouble at my beginnings using JasperServer.
