Where is jasperserver-ireport-plugin.3.5.0.jar?

I can't seem to locate this jar.  Looked in the JasperServer-3.5.0 installation, but it is not there.  I also checked the latest JasperReports and IReport downloads but it is not there either.  Does anyone know where jasperserver-ireport-plugin.3.5.0.jar is located?

Hi,

Since 3.5.0 (so includes new 3.7.0), it looks like Giulio changed the organization/setup of the ireport jars.

I guess that the thinking is that we *always* want to have ireport be capable of connecting to JasperServer so the classes that manage this have been moved to be more core ireport classes.

So, if you have installed from the JasperServer installer, take a look at this location:

   <js-install>/ireport/modules/com-jaspersoft-ireport-jasperserver.jar

In this same folder you will see the actual ireport jar:

  <js-install>/ireport/modules/com-jaspersoft-ireport.jar

Additionally, if you run the ireport that is installed with the Linux or Windows installer, you will notice that ireport is pre-configured with the plugin configuration to connect to JasperServer. So, startup ireport and you will see the menu item for the plugin:

  Window>JasperServer Repository

No, no license needed for the Community version ireport and jasperserver. The ireport download already has the ireport-to-jasperserver plugin included.
