Passing parameters from one report to other

Hi all,

           We are trying to build a dash board which is a combination of 3 reports. If we click on a particular report the remaining 2 reports should affect. For this we need to pass the parameters from one report to another. We tried with hyperlink Reference, but it doesn't work .Pls suggest, how to get this?
