furgas Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Hello,I want to position my report elements (that is, Left, Top, Width and Height) by typing Centimeters or Millimeters in element properties. There is some "Units" setting in "Page format..." window but it only affects values in that window and there is "Default unit" in General Settings but it affects only ruler units (you can't even set or see ruler guidances exact position in chosen unit).It seems that manual converting of millimeters to pixels (assuming 72 DPI) is the only option. For Me I loose so mcuh time to convert my measure from a paper which ar ein cm or mm trying to convert them. It will be a real template designer if it can manage several units as inputs.
