gustavo_69
Hi!When a table is drawn (using text fields with border set to 0.25), border lines have imprecise connections. Please see print screens taken from Adobe Reader 9.2.0 (report zoomed to 75%, 100%, 150% and 6400%) and iReport (report zoomed to 250%, 400% and 800%).Is it a bug or a feature? Am I doing something wrong?Regards,Gustavo
gustavo_69
Huh still no answer? JasperReport developers, please respond. Need to know if it's a permanent problem or it could be fixed. Thanks in advance,Gustavo
mdahlman
Gustavo,The lines drawn around field sometimes do not match perfectly. But normally it's not noticeable. For example, when I zoom my report to 100% the lines match perfectly, but when I zoom to 104% they mis-align slightly. At 150% they are perfect again, at 200% there is a problem, 300% is perfect, etc.I think you could consider this a bug. But I'm not sure where exactly the bug is. It could be in JasperReports. But the same report exported to HTML has perfect lines. So I guess that it's more likely the problem is either in iText or else it's inherent is PDF. (But those are just guesses.)You could certainly log it on the JasperReports (not iReport) tracker if it's important for you.Regards,Matt
