Hi

I've just a little question about setting up jasperserver. I followed all the installations steps successfully, but right now i'm suposed to copy the jasperserver.war file to apache-tomcat/webapps directory. But i cant find this file! What did i wrong during the installation that this file is not builded yet?

Any help please....

Guillaume is not right in this case - he is right in a lot of other cases, though /tools/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/shades_smile.gif

It sounds like you are doing a WAR install for JasperServer Community edition, and not using the installer.

You need to install an instance of your application server, Tomcat usually. Make sure that is working without JasperServer in it. Now stop Tomcat.

Within the Tomcat installation, there is a webapps directory. Put your jasperserver.war in the webapps directory "exploded" so all the files in the jasperserver.war are out as individual files under webapps/jasperserver.

You may need to put the JDBC driver into tomcat/common/lib (Tomcat 5) or tomcat/lib (Tomcat 6).

Now restart Tomcat and proceed with the rest of the instructions.
