amohanty
Hi.I am using iReport-2.0.0 with oracle database. Here i have created a subreport within a main report. Now if the result size of the subreport is less thn it shows properly. But if there are more records coming from the query used in the sub report then the extra data is being hidden in the main report i.e we can not see the extra no of records. So can anybody please me that how can i increase the height of the subreport in the main report depending on the reluting data. It's urgent.
kchaudhry
Your question is not really clear. Which band has your subreport? Have you tried changing the "position type" property to "float"?
amohanty
Hi.Yes i have changed the "position type" to "float".But still no result.Actually i have put the subreport within the "detail" band of the main report.Within that subreport i am fetching "StudyName" using sql query. So if there more studies then in the final output the row width of the subreport remain fixed so that i cannot be able to display all resulted studies in that particular row .And also i am using Excel Preview for generating the output report. So please help me out. Thanks
