Integrate the jasper reports with the Spring

Hi,

I am trying to integrate my application that is in Spring framework with the jasper reports.

The Spring application is running on the Websphere server and the jasper reports UI application is on Tomcat server.
What exactly I want is that when user clicks on the "Generate Reports" button from my java class it will call some action that will take the parameter values from the screen and pass the request and parameter values to the jasper reports application in the tomcat and report files get generated there which can be viewed latter.
Also please let us know what kind of parameters does that action expect to generate the reports.
