Crash in iReport under Linux when adding images

Hello,

I am getting a constant crash when trying to drag an image control on to a report. The crash happens after I select the image file to use from the file system

The crash report looks like this:

I have already tried upgrading my JRE, using the bundled JRE and switching to the Xaw toolkit, with no results.

Is there any way to disable the image selection, to spare me the constant crash headache, and just insert the image path manually in the properties dialog ?
