what do para -Ttast -FFile means?

in jasperreport samples, every sample should be transfered such parameters , but I do not know what they mean.

Basically, it's some string acting as command or value (filename) to be passed into the main program to instruct it what to do (to compile, fill, print, etc).

 

If you look at the demo DataSourceApp.java source code, you will see the main() function reading the parameters, and does according to what the parameter instruct.

then if I choose -Trun as para -Ttask, what shall i type for para -FFile?

You should also refer to the build.xml, and also the ..demohow.to.txt

 

For run task, the expected filename is :

 

<filename>.jasper

 

It would be easier if you start ANT to perform the tasks.
