Send String Const and Variable Data to Pie Chart

I am trying to create a pie chart in iReport with the following data:

TOTAL Partners with 1 Program =3

Total Partners with Two (2) Programs = 9

Total Partners with Three (3) or more Programs = 7

The Key Expression would be the Strings on the left side of the expression.

The Value Expression would be the Counts on the right side of the equation.? The counts come from three variables I increment when I create the report:

ONE_PROGRAM_COUNT_VAR

TWO_PROGRAMS_COUNT_VAR

THREE_PROGRAMS_PLUS_COUNT_VAR.?

Can this be done in iReport?
