Page Break Pixel Paging Problem

The following image shows how the report is designed:

The highlighted line is the page break.

Here is the first page from the PDF:

Directly above the large black rectangle is a 1 pixel high space that only appears on the first page, but not on the others.

How can I make the pages consistent? (Either with a 1 pixel high space on all pages, or without the extra space on the first page?)

I believe this is because the Page Break does not take effect on the first page. I have tried using PrintWhenExpression and I also tried inserting a blank line segment. Neither approach worked.

Any other ideas are greatly appreciated!

Just a thought but I dont have time to test this - try a combination of PrintWhenExpression & Remove line when blank.

Remove Line When Blank did the trick, almost, thank you! The first page still shows the empty line, but subsequent pages are completely consistent (without a line). I'd have thought Page Breaks would have been considered blank by default. ;-)

Fix Relative to Bottom makes it 100% consistent. The blank line is still there, but at least flipping through the report doesn't cause the content to jump around anymore. Thanks again!
