Looking for an iReport Expert

We are looking for someone who knows iReports to create report templates for us AND to train us on how to use/modify those templates. Anyone interested? We have a bunch of report templates (50+) we need created and due to time constraints and limited manpower, it would be better for us to hire an expert to get this done for us rather than learn iReports ourselves.
