I liked OpenReports for the simplicity of use, however I have to pull reports, parameters and such from SQL Server, and not XML, also we needed security for some reports and not others. We now have a "Jasper Server" running under Tomcat. Hopefully this will serve all the reports required internally by the company, it would save me copious amount of time, as JR produces very high quality reports.
