print footer on each page

Hi,

I am using jasperReports very extensively and it is a great tool.

I am now facing a problem when printing tables which span multiple pages.

I need to print the table header and footer on each page.

I have created a group and set the "Print header on each page" to true.

That works fine but I need the same thing for the footer.

I tried using group with group expression: ${PAGE_NUMBER} but that didn't work either.

I would appreciate any suggestions

try to use the bands "pageFooter" and "lastPageFooter".
