Using a WSDL datasource in iReport, or something e

Hey All,

I wrote a webservice that I want to use as a datasource for iReport so I can simply give my client a URI rather then a complex SQL to work against.

When trying to add a datasource I don't see a option for wsdl, how would I be-able to let iReport get data from a remote server and use that to generate reports? Or is the only option I have available currently simple remote XML??

Kind regards,

First off, I have to say, I am not a user of Jasper iReport (yet). My company is using it and I would like to, but, because I could not figure out how to connect iReport to my database server via the Web Service, I ended up installing LogiReport instead. That connects well to the Web Service, but I have not started preparing reports yet.

If there is anybody here, who could set me straight on how to connect to a WSDL using iReport, I certainly would appreciate it.
