Errors when starting iReport 2.0.5

Hi!

 

I Use iReport 2.0.5 on a german (Austria) Windows XP an Windows Vista computer. If I start the iReport.bat, I get the following errors:

How can I correct this problems?

I have the same problem use U.S. English Vista. Also I guess error messages are supposed to display on a console, but I don't see any.

I test on both version 2.0.2 and version 3.0. the error message is the same. I also copy tools.jar into ireport lib directory but it can not help.

I can't locate binstartup.bat on my vista machine and cannot run ireport.exe (3.7.5) on Vista...but ireport.exe runs on my XP.  any suggestions?
