Transferring report to another jasperserver

I have some jrxml files which I've uploaded to a test JasperServer, and I've added quite a number of locally defined input controls to each of them.

 

I would now like to deploy this to some production servers. Is there an easier way of exporting/importing the entire report definition including the input controls, without having to manually re-create the controls on each server?

 

(Or perhaps alternatively is there a way to automatically create the jasperserver input controls, if my parameters have the "Prompt" checkbox ticked?)

The export/import tool can do that. Check the JasperServer user guide for documentation on the export/import utility.

We are using Oracle for the repository and the js-export script does not appear to work. It looks like it is trying to connect to mysql still. Can this be configured to work with Oracle and if so how?

Ok, I found it (should have spent a bit more time looking before posting..)

 

The file is js.jdbc.properties in the scriptsconfig directory.
