It's possible format a Data SQL field? Example dd/mm/yyyy ?

I not like the standard format yyyy-mm-dd hh-nn...

Hi,

 

Use the "pattern" attribute of the <textField> element.

 

You can see this use in the "jasper" sample.

Is there a list somewhere of valid patterns for dates and numbers. I have tried several format strings that are acceptable to a SimpleDateFormatter, but don't seem to work when formating dates in JasperReports
