ehdtkqorl123
In my database, I have data for name colum and description column. On Jasper report I want to display these two fields. In this case, do I have to use subreport? or is one report just fine? One more question, when I use database for datasource, how can I set the database connecton?do I have to do it in jrxml file? or where? I am using SpringMVC, so I am slightly confused about this.. Thanks
arunvishvin
For the first question there is no hard and fast rule that you should use subreport. You may or may not use a subreport. This totally depends on you (the designer). For the second question you can refer to any of the samples provided in jasper-source
