nealhudson
Hi I have set up a Scheduled Job to create a report, and the .pdf output is created and placed in the correct folder, however the email is not being sent. Before doing this I amended the js.mail.properties to have the following values: Code:report.scheduler.mail.sender.host=mysmtpserverreport.scheduler.mail.sender.username=myusernamereport.scheduler.mail.sender.password=mypasswordreport.scheduler.mail.sender.from=myemailreport.scheduler.mail.sender.protocol=smtpreport.scheduler.mail.sender.port=25 I also followed the instructions here:http://www.jasperforge.org/index.php?option=com_joomlaboard&Itemid=&func=view&catid=10&id=21909#21909 to add the javaMailProperties to the applicationContext-report-scheduling.xml file. I switched on debugging and restarted the server, and am getting the following error:26 Sep 2007 10:27:07,427 ERROR com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.scheduling.quartz.ReportExecutionJob ,JasperServerScheduler_Worker-0:200 - org.springframework.mail.MailSendException; nested exceptions (0) are:org.springframework.mail.MailSendException; nested exceptions (0) are:Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect Why is this still looking at the SMTP localhost? nealhudson
Any thoughts on why Jasper server is still looking at the localhost which is the default setting? (The machine has been rebooted so the update should have taken affect)
nealhudson
Is there anything else I need to do to get the email to send?
