To solve (or dismiss it), install the 1.3.0 version, with an archiver program (like winrar), copy the class ireports1.3.0/lib/rex.jar/rex/event/RexWizzardListener.class to ireports.1.3.1/rex-20070125.jar/rex/event/RexWizzardListener.class.I renamed the original file before copy...
