ireport : create a table of contents

Hello,

 

Fairly new to ireport, we are trying to create a table of contents in a document : our idea - and problem - is to get page numbers into variables and then put them in the table - the titles are fixed. But this means that we have to generate the table of contents at the end of the document :S

 

Is there any way to "move" the table up to the beginning / 2nd page ?

 

Are we doing this correctly ? :)
