One Space = 1 Page ERROR?

One Space = 1 Page ERROR?

I have 2 reports. They both are of custome size with a single field on each. When i insert a single extra space into the text of the field i get an extra blank page. I believe this is a problem with the :

 

"Strech with overflow"

 

function, as i have this box checked on both reports, and dont seam to get it when this function is not required.

 

Can anyone help me with this? i have listed both reports below. Obviously a blank page in the middle of a report is not what im after.
