Hi

Is possible implement a custom library objects with a new personal fields like "Page number", "Total pages" and

"Page X of Y"?

iReports has two system variables

PAGE_COUNT and PAGE_NUMBER that already do that for you.

 

create a textfield in the page footer band with an expression like this:

"Page " + $V{PAGE_NUMBER} + " of " + $V{PAGE_COUNT}

I know but i want create a custom variable like "Page X of Y" to use in all report. I'm italian and i want "Pagina X di Y" not "Page X of Y".
