Element bottom reaches outside band area

2004-06-28 00:58

I have setup a Data Connection with MS Access through JDBC-ODBC driver

I have inserted a static text in the header part It is being shown properly.

When I compile and Execute this it works properly

Afterwards I inserted a field by clicking View->Report Fields and then dragged one of the field to the report detail area

But now the following error is thrown and only the static text is being displayed

Thanks in advance

This is only a warning and it means that you have an element that cross your band. An element must be fully contained in a single band (his parent band).

The band refers to the section

I mean the band refers to the section i.e Column Header,Detail ,etc

But the only field which I have built is in the Details section

And even if it is only warning

then also when I execute Report by using Active Connection

I see only Static Text and no data

Thanks in advance
