Parameter align to chart item

Dear all,

 I would like to create a new Parameter, which should align to the legend of the chart. Since the chart is considered as one "great item" by the Ireport, it doesn't allow me to align to any of the inside items. (and since the content is dynamic I can't presume where should it be on the final report)

 For that reason I would take this parameter inside of the chart to make it able to align to the legend from the left, but I'm not sure about the method.

Let me show you the position I would like to reach:
