Set hide/show of reports according path on library page

I have embed Jasper Server using iframe into my Application. In our application, we have maintained the locale configs i.e Arabic/English locale. Now, when user selects Arabic locale then I have to show only Arabic reports and when English then show English reports on Library Page.

All reports are stored under path /root/Reports  where I created two folders i.e Arabic Reports & English Reports to differentiate these reports as per locale.

Currently, I am using URL to show all reports - /jasperserver/flow.html?_flowId=searchFlow&mode=library&j_username=jasperadmin&j_password=jasperadmin withiout any roles previleges.

We only show Library Page to all users no any extra rights. User only able to see reports/run reports/schedule repotrs.
 

Please answer if anyone knows how to show reports as per locale on Library Page by using URL (as there are two folders to distinguish) or if any other way?
