Issue with repeat group headers on each page

Hi All,

Am new to jasper and this is my first report.

In this report i have 2 groups and in first group i am displaying few sub reports.

Then in the second group am displaying few fields.

requirement is, I need to repeat the 2nd group headers on each page from the page where it starts the 2nd group, for that i selected repeat header on each page option.

the issue is second group header is displaying even before the group1 i.e before the sub reports. Which should not be the case. how to avoid that?

requirement:

group1

sub report1

sub report 2

--

-sub report 6

group 2 header

details

group2 footer

etc..

 

--------------actual output----

group 1

group2 header

sub report 1...6

group2 header

group 2 footer

etc

 

How to avoid displaying group2 header before actually it start displaying in the main report?

Hi,

Keep condition. Print when group2 details !=null or empty
