I have functional requirement in one of our report to display like below.I have a dataset and query returning me 30 rows.I need to display all 30 rows in CSV output and only 15 rows in PDF and HMTL output.I tried filter expression in Data and Query, filtering in the detail band etc. But all of those filter for criteria and fetches only 15 records in all PDF, HTML and CSV.Kindly assist in how we can achieve it. muthul Posted June 28, 2015 Author Share Posted June 28, 2015 Thank you very much for the recommendationI used 2 subreports inside a main report - 1 for PDF and other for CSV Metadata. Each of them having different data adapter queries.Unfortunately, while I use exclude on the CSV Metadata Subreport or fields elments it fills it up with blank space after hiding.
