Jasper Report stopped working

Can anyone hel me, please?

Sometime ago I developed and deployed succesfully a report with two subreports to our platform.
I did not work anymore on the reports till yesterday when I made some minor changes, from that
moment the report generation stopped working (also if I revert the report to the previous version).
The problems are as follow:

  1. When I try to get a preview the Eclipse plug-in claims that there is a parameter that "must be compiled"
    before previewing the report (?)
  2. When I deploy the three Jasper files I get the exception invalid stream header: 3C3F786D, while all
the subreports in the main report point to the Jasper version, the compiled file.

Can anyone help me plase? I am going crazy! frown

Now I tried something simple like the following one and got the same message at report preview: "Some parameters are present that should be compiled in order to create the report". sad
